                The Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) is an annual film festival held in Metro Manila, the Philippines. The festival runs from December 25 (Christmas Day) through New Years Day and into first weekend of January in the following year. 

This Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) will be the 44th edition of an annual Festival held in Metro Manila and throughout the Philippines. It is organized by the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
The Festival and Movies will be From December 25, 2018 to January 7, 2019.

Buscalan, Tinglayan, Kalinga (The Place of Apo Whang-Od)          Whang-Od Oggay also known as Maria Oggay , is a Filipina tattoo artist from Buscalan, Tinglayan, Kalinga, Philippines. She is often described as the “last” and oldest mambabatok ( traditional Kalinga tattooist ) and is part of the Butbut people of the larger Kalinga ethnic group. She was born February 17, 1917 (age 103) She has been tattooing headhunters and women of the indigenous people of Butbut in Buscalan, Kalinga since she was 15-year-old, but the Butbut warriors who used to earn tattoos through protecting villages or killing enemies no longer exist. World Mental Health Day   is a day for global mental health education, awareness and advocacy against social stigma. It was first celebrated in   1992   at the initiative of the   World Federation for Mental Health, a global mental health organization with members and contacts in more than   150 countries.
